Ordering Transcripts
When filing Exceptions in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, the excepting party must serve a copy of the transcript on the other party, or parties.
The request for a transcript must be made at the time of filing Exceptions.
Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County allows for ordering transcripts by two ways:
- Order online by filling out an online form
- Walk-in ordering- The Court Reporters Office is located in Suite 304 of the courthouse, which is the main entrance floor of the building. Walk in hours are between 8:30 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm.
Prior to transcribing the recording of the proceedings, the Court Reporter or vendor will estimate the cost of the transcript and require advance payment to prepare the transcript.
