The Circuit Court for Baltimore City is located at 111 N. Calvert Street, Courthouse East, Baltimore, MD 21202. The family division is located in Room 109.
The Circuit Court accepts Complaints filed for Custody, which when accepted, will begin the custody case. The Court requires a filing fee to initiate a custody case. If you can not afford the filing fee, you may request a waiver of the filing fee. List of Filing Fees
