Circuit Court for Baltimore City
When filing Exceptions in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, the excepting party must serve a copy of the transcript on the other party, or parties.
The request for a transcript must be made at the time of filing Exceptions. The request for transcript must be filed directly with the Office of the Chief Court Reporter in Room 515, Courthouse East, 111 North Calvert Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Prior to transcribing the recording of the proceedings, the Office of the Chief Court Reporter will estimate the cost of the transcript and require advance payment to prepare the transcript.
