What we now know to be the largest global information technology outage in history has affected all Maryland courts and computer systems run on Microsoft technologies. 

Due to the system outage, all Maryland courts, offices, and facilities will be closed to the public today, and only open for emergency matters. All clerk's offices are closed. All employees of the court have been released, except for emergency personnel.

Matters before the court will be rescheduled.
