Courts specific closure due to COVID-19 and the cases still being heard during closure
The Chief Judge for Maryland Court of Appeals issued a Second Administrative Order extending the closure of the courts to the general public through June 5, 2020, and allows certain emergency matters to be continued through the courts. Anne Arundel County has instituted remote hearing procedures for court operations to continue.
